There is no higher priority to our entire Princess Center Dentistry family than the safety of our patients and employees.
We are closely following the advice of medical advisors, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and government agencies to stay on top of this evolving situation.
We want you to feel confident while continuing to visit us for your dental appointments and have taken many precautions and put extra safety measures in place.
Accordingly, we have enhanced our sterilization procedures in the interest of our patients’ and employees’ health and safety. This is in addition to the already existing methods in place to ensure your protection from all known about virus and bacterial threats.
Office and Operatory Cleaning
As of March 13, 2020, we have taken extra measures to ensure that our common areas and treatment operatories are clean and safe (an operatory is the room where our dentists and assistants performs tasks away from patients). This goes beyond the standard CDC guidelines, which we are also following.
We are cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and objects, including door handles, refrigerator doors, phones, and remote controls. We are using hospital-grade disinfectant and we are expanding its use throughout the office.
9 areas being disinfected are:
- Door knobs and handles
- Refrigerator doors
- Phones
- Pens
- Reception area
- The check-out areas
- The lavatory
- Chairs
- Tables
High Efficiency Particulate Air: Our office has switched to HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) air filters to remove potentially infectious airborne particles from re-circulation.
Rest assured, we are monitoring this developing situation closely, following the advice of federal agencies, health organizations, and other experts.
Thank you for your patience and trust in Princess Center Dentistry. We look forward to seeing you soon and helping you with your dental needs.
